Default Tune with bullets?

I read the stickies on exhaust combos that are available. My question is, "Do you need a re-tune if you swap Y-pipe loudmouth catback to a set of Bullets or equivalent? Thanks

you probably dont "need" too but if u change things sometimes a tune will definitely help. Bein that tunes are expensive i usually wait till i'm at a good stopping point to let my guys tune the car.

nah...wait till you actually change something of more impact. i'm in the middle of changing my set up, i'm doing 799 heads, intake/tb, 4" exhaust, 28 lb injectors. I will need a tune.

well depending on your wants/needs i would reccomend the 224r or 228r for anyone looking for a torquey street beater DD. if your car isn't a DD i would say the torquer v2.

I had my car tuned after H/C/I install with factory mufflers, now after I installed the Dynomax bullets the car idles really high. It also "bucks" more now than it did before. I think it needs an updated tune.

After reading all the threads I'm not sure if there was a conclusion to my question. It seems like it got off track throughout the thread. Soooo ... is there any agreement to Tune or Not to tune after the install of Bullets with just turndowns? Thanks again for any input. By the way, SEMPER FI to all you Jarheads. 1st. Div. 2nd. MARINES 1969-1973 OOOORAH !!!!!

Unless you are doing anything major like heads cam or even headers I wouldn't tune it. Cat back exhaust shouldn't alter the way your car runs to the point that you NEED to tune it.
but that's just my opinion. Some ppl may disagree.
