Default step by step on how to check pr length?

This is on my 93' LT1 ta. I really could use some help/info. I didn't get a response on the LT1 forum, so I figured I can get some help on here.

Okay after seeing my crane gold rr's getting chewed up,I bought a pr length checker, I need to get the pr length straightened out. Just I have never done this before. So can anybody shoot me a link to a step by step on using my pr length checker? It didn't come with any instructions. Thanks for any help. Here is a pic of my rr's, not too good. This is on my 93' TA.

You have a better response/answer if you post this in INTERNAL section.
