Question on O2 Simmulators!
Noob question im sure, sorry i couldnt find with search most is on the sensors. I bought my car used and the guy before me aren't exactly on talking terms so i can just ask him unfortunatly. There are O2 simmulators on the car because there are reciepts for them and intalling labor reciepts. First question, O2 sims means there is a cat delete correct? Second question where are the stock cats? I looked under the car and there is a stainless steel replacement long pipe under the tranny that doesnt match the rest of the stock exhaust, i thought the converters would be closer to the headers, farther up.. Well anyways the reason i ask, besides curiosity, is my third question, I think the O2 sims are tripping the SES light because when i got it read from a dealer they said it was somewhere in the exhaust system. How do i reset them or make sure there working?

If you still have the stock manifolds your cats will actually be connected to the exhaust manifolds. They are almost vertical and they are going to be near the sides of the engine. They are square and look nothing like the rest of the exhaust.
The o2 simulators just plug into your wiring harness were your o2 sensors plug in. Both of the rear ones plug in around the transmission. I doubt the o2 sim can go bad really. I believe it is just resistors that somehow trick the PC into thinking everything is okie dokie and you have cats still.
No one will have the slightest clue what code you are throwing until you go get it checked. Advance Auto parts and autozone will check it for you for free.

Should i just reset the codes, get them deleted out, or replace the sensors? (Not sure thats the problem) Any suggestions from all you experts on the matter? I could go back in and talk to them about it, but im sure they will suggest whatever brings them in money.

P0410 is an emissions code:

P1416 is an AIR system code as well:
http://www.obd-codes.com/forums/view...php?f=2&t=1947
The first code sounds like that the air pump fuse could be blown, and the second one the check valve on one side is stuck closed not allowing air from the air pump through.
