Which 92 mm tb or 90 mm tb?

Default Which 92 mm tb or 90 mm tb?
I just picked up a FAST 92 intake and needing to get a tb.
I have seen a couple different brands, but was not able to find a definitive answer via the search. I realize I need a cable driven one for my 99 LS1.

Ideally I would like to get a 92 mm, but if I find a good deal on a 90 mm tb, would I be hurting the performance gains alot?

Any difference between a NW or FAST big mouth or PTM? Or should I just go with whichever one I find the best deal on.

Where is the best place to pick one up?

Anyone have suggestions? Also am I able to reuse the IAC motor and TPS sensor, or will I have to buy new ones??

I'll sell you a F.A.S.T. 92mm TB for $375 shipped. You can reuse your stock IAC and TPS.

Still trying to find an answer on which tb to get, is there a big difference between the 3?

I doubt there is a huge difference between brands, but I would recommend the Nick Williams piece. As far as the 90 or 92 goes, it doesn't really matter. I believe they are both the same price new, so get the 92 since that's what your intake is. But if you can get a better deal on a 90, then do that.

I've had both PTM and NW. I just prefer the NW. It seems to be a better piece imo. Plus it's made locally .
