Default another hesitation thread.... with a twist

so i get my car all together after the winter take it for a drive its running great stop to get a drink. go to start car again starts fine go to leave and its stuttering and hesitating give it a little gas and it takes off like a freight train. it only does it when it is heat soaked i have to drive it for like 45 min or so then shut it off restart and when i go it bucks and hesitates give it a little gas and it doesent do it until i try to restart it again wtf it feels like a clogged fuel filter but it has good pressure. im at a loss. i checked all the wires the plugs are newish all the grounds are tight cleaned the maf. there is a tick coming from what seems to be the 5 hole but i just attribute that to lts
any insight greatly appriciated

changed filter no change. i did notice that when this is going on i have less vacuum at idle and when i give it a little gas i get more vacuum. its exacly the opposite of what its supposed to do. it only does this on a warm restart and then only for about 20 seconds. if i had a vac leak it would do this all the time. oh the tick turned out to be a bad header gasket. i hope someone can chime in with a gem of wisdom and help me out my brain hurts from overthinking this. thanks, Chris
