Pace Setter Y Pipe before/after modification...
Wife is already asleep so what else is there to do besides look for ways to spend money on the car.

) and I'll post some pics of the Hooker y pipe after the install. Going with a 3.5 inch cutout and then reducing down to go into the catback. Should flow very well with the cutout open!
oh and i did the cutout.. but decided to do 1 after the y-pipe merge.. so that i can put a high flow cat on each side of the y-pipe later on to make it somewhat legal

Mike (MM98),
Where's your pics?
Mike.
Yours looks very similar to mine except you have your tucked up better then I got mine. I already had the tail pipes set so had to drop it a little more than you losing a little ground clearance. I also have a cutout just after of the 3 1/2" collector.
Kirk,
Glad you got your headers installed.
I think a heads and cam car will need this collector mod. On a stock heads/cam engine I'm not sure you will run any better.
Mike.
