P1153 after about a year?

P1153 after about a year? Hey Guys,
I know this subject has been gone over a hundred times...let's try it one more because I can't get a straight answer out of the old threads.
My car has Pacesetter LT's, SLP Hiflows, Magnaflow catback. The PCM has been tuned by frost and the rear O2's have been tuned out. I installed new Bosch 13111's for the front O2's last year because the last owner installed the headers left the O2 wire hanging on them. No problems until today. I drove the car a few thousand miles last year after the sensors were installed and about a thousand this year. All of a sudden I am getting a P1153 code...insufficient switching Sensor 1 Bank 2.
Is it a bad sensor? If I replace the sensor will it go away?
Oh yeah and I need to get inspected in the next week or so.
