Default strange Question

Is it possible for the ecm to adjust the air/fuel ratio due to the knock sensor (causing the o2 sensor to appear bad)?

no, the knock sensor will only cause the ecu to adjust timing. But if it pulls a ton of timing it will cause the O2 to read rich.
