Hedman Headers

Hedman Headers I saw Hedman has their LS1/6 headers out. (not sure if this is old news). Anyone running them? They are stepped tube, 1/4" flange, 18gauge, and under $300.
Not sure what their $400 "header installation kit" is.

id call jegs, ask em what is included. My guess would be ory, gaskets, maybe locking bolts? I see you live in ashburn. I live in Leesburg, if you are looking for someone to install some lt's for you, lemme know, i have a buddy that is the cheif mechanic at a local shop here. he'd probably be willing to do it for you on the side, so it would be alot cheaper.

I called our supplier, they are 1 5/8"-1 3/4" stepped headers with 1/4" flange. THe $400 kit goes from headers to rear bumper. I couldnt find out for sure, but I would guess no cats.
I havent seen them, and dont have any pics, but they could give me some info.

I'm definately interested as I don't have a way to get the car high enough (my jackstands are for REALLY heavy vehicles- and don't go up very high).
I found the hedmans HTC coated- from Summit for $264... Then I'll just get a custom y-pipe made up.
Shipping date is 3/19...so I think I'm going to go for it.
