Default AC Compressor
Is the Compressor from a 1998 3.8l V6 the same as the one that will bolt on a LS1?

Also I need all the Brackets/Bolts/Tensioner to mount one on a F-body LS1.

I havent done the swap, but the part #'s are different on the advance auto parts website between the v6 and LS1 and look a little different too.

I haven't seen one from the LS1 upclose so I don't know the difference.

Worse comes to worse it won't hurt to get a new one. Hopefully the Lines on the V6 Car will work.

I don"t think so. Try rockauto.com they have pictures of both.
