which pulleys?

which pulleys? i was checking out speed inc,
theyve got the
"SFI approved underdrive pulley" 10 or 25%
"MARCH FLUID DAMPENED PERFORMANCE PULLEY"
and the popular "ASP pulley" 25%
the ASP advertises 10hp uding 25%,
and the march ads 12hp.
does that mean it ud's more then 25%?
and whats up with this statement?
(regarding the march pulley)
"Fluid dampened design will not cause spark sensors to retard timing with resultant loss in power unlike some poorer designed pulleys."
