Default Corsa Muffler Problems?

How many of you have had problems with your Corsa muffler rattling? I have always heard that the welds on the baffles inside break causing this annoying rattle. I know that they will warranty the muffler, but what all do I need to get the warranty? Reciepts, etc? I'm about to get some that does rattle and I'm just wondering what all consists of the warranty. Do they send a new muffler without the exchange first? Or do I need to send in the old muffler before I get a new one?

Thanks
Ryan

I had problems 1.5 years ago. They replaced it and no problems since. I think they fixed what they were doing wrong...

Yes, about 7-8 months ago mine started to rattle. I called up Corsa and they required a receipt to be faxed in. Once that was done they sent a new one via ground with return postage.

Reason: The first batch of F-body muffs had defective spot welding (or not enough) on some of the cross-baffling.

Conclusion: Service was quick and painless

So, the old muffler doesn't need to be sent in first or at all?
