Default Front Main Seal not seated properly?

Has anyone experienced this before? Will it seat once it begins rotating or should I pull it all apart and reinstall with a new seal? Look closely how some of the seal is "seated" and the rest shows more of the pulley...

Thoughts? Comments? Any help is appreciated before I put this turd back in.

Default

Months later and no issues...I used the Kent Moore tool kit so I know the seal seated to the Front Cover properly, but was scared about it sealing on the pulley. Guess that is normal and it just needed to be turned over a few times before settling in.
