Default quick....ok to run open headers or no?

i just finished up my long tube install, but the car isnt getting the true duals done until monday or tuesday. is it ok to drive the car around with open headers for a few days? i know i have to be careful with the law (noise level), but will it damage the car in any way (i know it will run PIG rich)?

I would NOT do it. It may freak out the O2s being close to the collector. Buy a 12" or so piece of tubing and slide it on there.

You can drive it (I have) with open headers... sounds badass, but talk about NO drivability... Runs like a top fuel dragster

I only drove mine when necessary. It was sweet while it lasted and I got no problems from it. But if you have another car to drive I would definatly drive that instead.
