exhaust cut outs

couldn't find a place for exhaust on the forum.....but do exhaust cut out add power ?

Exhaust is in the external engine section.

A cutout will add power. The amount it will add depends on how restrictive your catback is, and how many (and what) modifications have been done to the engine.

I have a H/C/I car and picked up 7rwhp with a cutout. This is on a Magnaflow Catback.
