Y-pipe question
Y-pipe question I guess a clamp on my exhaust was loose, as i was coming home from work today and the section of my exhaust that connects to the y-pipe came loose and hit the ground pretty good, its to messed up right now to go back together.
I had plans for taking that bit off sometime soon and just running a bullet muffler dumped before the rear axle coming off of the y-pipe. Right now i don't have the money for the bullet muffler, so my question is how bad would it be to run with a turn down coming off of the y-pipe. With no turn down on it now it basically just sounds like i'm running with my cutout open, i just want to make sure that running the car like that won't cause any issues with the motor or something..
