Default Custom Exhaust

I am getting a custom exhaust made after I put my long tube headers on. I am going to have it dumped at the axle and have to cut outs put in after the H pipe and then flowmaster 1 chambers. I cant decide if I should go with 2.5 or 3 inch pipe because I am worried about clearance issues. Is it possible to get 3 inch duals tucked up as high as the stock exhaust or should i just go with 2.5 inch? Is the size of the pipe going to affect the sound that much also?

Personally I say go with the 3 inch, I have the EXACT same exhaust minus the cut outs, and my ground clearance is great, I have just as much as clearance my y pipe gave me, but then again im not lowered *yet* and that exhaust screams

Good that what I was hoping to hear Do you have any sound clips of your car by chance or pics of how the duals are routed?
