Default e-cutout question

Just wondering, if i take my car to the muffler shop, have them fab me a set of duals and install cut-outs at the collectors, could i just have him put in manual cutouts and install and wire the electronic cutouts myself later?

The electric cutouts bolt onto the "manual" portion. They take place of what would otherwise be the block off plate. So yes, you could wire them up yourself.

Yep, 230/228 ~.590/.590 110-1 LSA.

Just redid my exhaust with dual electric cutouts however, because my setup will be looking to push 850 rwhp, so needed something that would handle it.

Personally i would have them fab us one e-cut out at the end of the I pipe. dual cut outs sound like a dump truck IMO. Best thing to do with a y pipe is do a 4" flowmaster merge.

well, i like stupid loud at the push of a button, but they will really only be wide open at the track or when im showin off. Im gonna have a nice mufflered dual set-up all the way out the back but have two e-cutouts right at the collectors so i can go wide open
