Default Custom catted Y pipe?

Do you think it would be better to get Pacesetter Coated LTs and make a custom Y pipe with 3" carsound cats, or try to get some used FLPs or LT/catted Y package? I want to try to keep the price as low as possible. I can get 2 Carsound cats for $100 so how much would it cost on average to make a custom y pipe with these cats to fit to my pacesetter LTs and GMMG?

If I have Pacesetter LTs, will a 3" Y pipe with 3" oval carsound cats work? Just want to make sure the 3" cats would fit the Y pipe and Pacesetter LTs. Thanks guys!

Yes, it will work and fit just fine. You might want to consider the shorter series (94109 for 3"), to save a little space. I don't know about the price for a custom Y yet, because I haven't installed my headers and cats yet.
