what to get?

am confused weather to get lid+K&N or buy the K&N that bolt righ into our intakes which is this:

i know the K&N is more expensive but lets say its not about the money..which one is better? thanks.

Lid + paper filter. K&Ns aren't exactly the greatest filters out there.

SLP's Blackwing filter is better than K&Ns. K&N is sloppy with their rubber molding with lots of runnage into the filter area, compared to SLP's, for one thing.
