exhaust under the axle?
exhaust under the axle? would it be safe to run a 3 inch pipe under the axle instead of goin over it? it my 00 firehawk and will be my daily driver once exhaust and a tune is done.
i heard tonight from a buddy about this for the first time. from what i have gathered so far it actually gives more clearence he said......but idk

it can be done. but it is more practical to either do a single 4" over the axle(like mine) or dual 3" over the right side with an upper PHB relocation kit. which BMR makes.
look in the true dual sticky for the latter.

I will tell you, it was a pain in the *** if you don't have the pipes flanged.
Any time I jacked the rear of the car up, the axle would just rest on the exhaust, pulling on it. :/
