Default LSX-R Installation issue on 2002 WS6

My Fast LSX-R is hitting the front coolant waterpipe so it can't sit flush to bolt down. As stated my car is a 2002 so I shouldn't have to change the water pipe?

Also the new FAST 102 throttle body doesnt have fitting for the coolant line that comes out of that water pipe, inside the OEM TB, and then out and into the fitting under the radiator cap.

Any help?

you have to bend the coolant line. i had to do this several years back with my fast 90 install.

as for the coolant pass on the tb that is not on aftermarket tb's.

i ran the line directly to the rad/overllow tank.

I don't know if that might work since it needs about 1/4" in to sit where it needs to be.

What if he gets a rubber one to replace it?

+1. It definitely looks like if I bend it, its gonna have to be alot, which would make the overall pipe shorter and wouldnt reach the bolts go into to torque it down.

Just bend it down. It won't hurt anything, everyone who has installed a FAST has done this.

+2 just bend it down with just enough pressure so it moves a little at a time.. it doesn't take a whole lot either
