Default LS6 spark plug ?

Going to put plugs in a buddies 2001 Z06 tomorrow, I am not up on what heat range these had from the factory. The car is bone stock and is driven easy (almost grandma-like) Would TR55's be ok or should I do TR6's ?

tr-55's for a stock/bolt on setup. agressive h/c/i package or fi should run tr6's. nitrous is a different animal and needs a non projected tip plug such as a br6ef for stock/ bolton cars up to a 125 shot. h/c/i + a 100 shot = br7ef etc...
