Just had these installed wit my hookers, and been noticing on my WOT shifts seems like i hear something hitting the floor board, im guessing it has to be the y-pipe? it seems like theres no room for it under there? anyone else have the same problem?

Did you swap motor mounts when you did the LT's?

A cheap way to fix this is to wedge a piece of rubber hose between the exhaust and the floor boards where it hits and use a hose clamp to hold it in place.
it worked for me.

I would say you're having an issue with them now.

You should always upgrade your motor mounts when adding LTs, otherwise you risk your newly installed exhaust banging on the floorpan. Which is exactly whats happening.

You can wedge a piece of rubber or install a Mufflex Bumpstop Exhaust Clamp or dent the exhaust where its hitting, but all of these methods are simply a remedy to the problem.

The solution is to upgrade your mounts to either Solids or Polys.

yea just check and it seems like the y-pipe is rite up against the floor, so not sure if it can still be the mounts then?
