is your car auto or m6?
.y car had a few small mods more than you and i made a little less hp but more tq(335 hp 353tq) and i have full rear suspention and nitto drags and on a stock stall which is still in the car i ran a 12.6@110ish with 2 dieing 02 sensors and i got those replaced and the car runs much cleaner and smother so i think i can run in the 12.5-12.4 area.

also the mustang dyno's tend to give a little lower #'s
so im thinking with traction you should be in the 12.7-12.6 range.

shouldnt have to if you go to the same tuner, once a vin number is licensed that tuner can tune it unlimited number of times.
