Default cheapo ebay header install question

any one have a problem with the location of the egr and air attachments on ebay headers? my mechanic refused to do the install because he said the attachments were in the wrong locations and would require fabbing the headers or the lines to get them to fit. any input would be appreciated. thanks

ps.. i know i know.. you get what you pay for

Unless the fittings are way, way off, you can bend the EGR and AIR tubes some to get them to fit.

Just tune out that crap and plug the holes.. It's much easier... But yes I have bent air tubes to get them to work... I wouldn't recommend it though..

Cut the fittings off and have them welded shut. The air/egr tubes end up breaking even on the expensive headers. Don't just block the fittings, do it right the first time.

Egr was one of the first things I pulled off my motor. Looks a million times better without that crap on there.
