Default Are heads for a ls1 on a lq motor restricting?

As the title states but not completely stuck on that exact statement.
More so would a 4.030 bore benefit from heads made for a 6.0 than for a ls1 style 3.9.
I know the heads can be cleaned up and matched to the cylinder but are for example 317 heads better than ported ls1 heads for this matter. Right now I have a set of dart 205's made for a ls1 but I'm curious as to whether or not I would benefit from 6.0 heads on my future LQ build.
Do most 6.0 heads have bigger valves etc.
Just doing as much research as I can before I start this build and I'm learning so much I'm re-starting it every month with diff parts lol
