Default ls6 pcv (04 version) - plug heads, or connect?

I have read a lot of conflicting information on this and would like whatever input anyone can give on this:

Should I connect the heads by pipe, or should I plug them?

Why?

There is alot of info about the back 2 cylinders running hotter than the others, possibly because less coollant flow because of the blockoffs. I decided with my new build to put a LS6 coolant line on the back of the heads and connect them to the front. This way the coolant will flow and hopefully keeping the Temps down on the back 2 cylinders.

I seem to have misstated the question. I am not talking about the rear coolant lines (I chose to connect those). I am talking about switching PCV systems to the LS6 type. A lot of people completely get rid of the hosing from the stock system and plug the heads where the PCV system was. However, I am leaning toward getting some tubing and running the heads connected like the original PCV system.
Hope that clears it up!
Thanks...
