Default Engine codes help.

so i had my LTs installed had the O2 extensions connected. didnt delete my rears yet so obviously i got engine codes. i have the codes reader and something weird showed up! i got these 5 codes:

PO131: low voltage bank 1 sensor 1

PO134: circut insufficient activity bank 1 sensor 1

PO135: heater performance bank 1 sensor 1

PO154: circut insufficient activity bank 2 sensor 1

PO155: heater performance bank 2 sensor 1

ok i know they are all for oxygen sensors. but i have connected the front O2s why am i getting low voltage on them ? also how to fix this ? and will it effect my performance ? or just MPG? thanks.

EDIT: also, i noticed my car is running a lil bit rough at WOT but this happened yest. and these codes were on the car the moment i had mt LTs installed? i went to a local shop (friend) he said its my spark plugs wires. but am leaning towards bad O2s? am really confuced..

I would recommend installing spacers on your O2 sensors and see what happens from there. I did that and it got rid of my codes.
