Default 99 WS6 A4 vibration in park HELP!!!

FIRST...i have been all over this forum searching for something related to my problem to read about but no luck, so im trying this. if this is the wrong place let me know...

Problem:
99 WS6 A4. crazy vibration sitting still while in Drive almost like there are a couple of subs humming in the trunk, dont really feel it in the pedals, eases up if i slide into neutral but not much... idle is at 500 +- a few, seems to change if i put some drag on the ps pump (turn the wheels a little) but pump doesnt whine or grind... runs drives fine, the console vibrates like crazy..
No internal mods, no verter, SLP and Lid only mods.. 140k miles..

any info would be greatly appreciated..

i dont think theyre bad, i put it in drive and reverse and did a bit of a brake stand and the motor didnt move... i need to take it to a shop and put it on a lift... but i did notice that when i put my food on my ypipe i felt what seemed to be a similar vibration.. im thinking maybe my pipe hitting something solid... the weird part is when i turn the wheel a bit or give it just a slight bit of throttle, it seems to nearly go away.. i have a 3" slp ory and cbe but stock manifolds... only had the car a week or so, bought it as is...i can really feel the resonance of the exhaust so i cant tell if that may be adding to the vibration
