oil pan issue.. I purchased a brand new Fbody ls1 oil pan part # 12628771 and for some reason, the oil filter does not want to screw on. I tried 2 different filters and still no luck.
question is.. is it possible for me to swap out the part where the oil filter screws on to? Below the thread, there is a hex style so it appears you can unscrew it off. has anyone ever replaced one?
