After honing my block....

If a flex hone (often called a ball hone) was used then you can use stock sized rings.
But if a articulated three stone hone was used then I would have the bores measured ,because the articulated three stone honing tool removes more material than a ball hone.It just depends on the grit that was used and for how long in each cylinder the articulated three stone hone was used.
Or if it was honed with a honing machine << (I can't remember the the name for it) then I would also have each cylinder measured.
Lastly if it's not to late then I would put each piston back into it's original cylinder if it was ball honed,,,but if it was honed anyother way I would take all the pistons to the shop and have them hone each cylinder for each paticular piston and make sure they number each piston for you.
