Look in fuse box under hood will be a relay labeled starter pull it out take a jumper wire jump across diagnoial at connections one way will engage starter this will tell you if it is a starter problem or security or bcm problem. If you have a test light check connections the one that has constant power will be the one to jump diagnoial. This little test has saved a lot of time on several f-bodys for me.

Never rule out simple stuff like a bad/loose connection. First thing I would do is verify 12V+ at a location OTHER THAN the actual battery. To show there is voltage present in the car.

i looked at all the fuses, good.
i have 13 on the volt meter.
put the jumpers on b4, nothing happened.
key forward and i have full power.
my buddy gunna put it on the lift to look see ! thanks guys!
