Headers into 16in mufflers?

Headers into 16in mufflers? If anyone has sound clips or video of a LS1 car with 16in mufflers and turndowns I am interested in hearing it. I already have looked on LS1sounds and havent found a clip with this setup. This setup will save lots of weight and if I choose the right mufflers hopefully not to loud.

dumped bullets off the headers, still think it sounds like ***???
I have since switched to one chamber Flowmasters but don't have any clips of it

On a stock-internal car, yep. I drove a T/A across the US with 16" bullets off the collectors, and it sounded embarrassingly bad, like a higher-pitched old pickup truck. Beat the ever-living **** out of the bottom of the car, even with me BFH'ing the floor pan so they'd fit better.
