Default Bbk intake

I just wanted to know if the bbk intakes are as good as they look? I have an 01 ws6 with the ls6 intake and is it worth it to change and go bbk? Or will it have no big power difference. Im just curious about the bbk bcuz i like how it looks, so yes i am aware of the lsx and other great intake mani setups but i like how the bbk looks. Any info?

A little better flow but the aluminum will hold more heat than plastic, I got mine ($399 from New Era Perf) because the slp with the egr provision was almost twice as much if your going to do boost or N02 its a good way to go. What it looks like on my LS6

The BBK flows even better if you use a 85mm TB.
