On a 2000 z with heads n cam upgrade n ls6 intake do i need bigger injectors?

Depends on the heads and cam setup. If it is fairly aggressive you will more than likely want to upgrade the injectors. Throw it on the dyno and see what the injector duty cycle is with the combo. That will tell you if you are out of fuel or not.
