Default Old electronics, on a new 6.0 engine

I cam across a good deal on a 2009 6.0 iron block with l92 heads on it, its a long block, And i was wondering if i could use a 2003 year model computer and wireing harness on it? I would like to buy it, because i have a few 2003ish harnesses, and computers? Is this possible?
I know the 2007+ motors have the variable valve timing, and didnt know if that would keep me from this conversoin?
Any help would be great!

2003 setups should be 24X crank signal, 2009 6.0 should be 58X crank signal..so I'm gonna say no

the 2003 equipment would be looking for a 24X signal coming form the reluctor wheel on the crankshaft...Gen IV/V use 58X reluctor wheel on the crankshaft...so swapping sensors would do no good

Lingnfelter offers a conversion box to switch the crank signals, so YES you can use the old harness. You do have to change a few things like injectors, knock sensor plug/location, cam sensor location etc
