Help with spark plugs!!!

I have just kinda started to wonder if im running the correct plugs for my setup. Ive been running the TR6's, dont even remember what i gapped them at, got the info from the site here and been running good since. Just kinda wondering with 11.1 - 11.2 CR and an occasional NX 100 shot from Nitro Daves with the HSW 90mm plate, (in general) what plug and gap i need to be using.

tr6 is a good plug for u to use. its burns slightly cooler then the TR-55's. i gap my plugs @ 45 and haven't had an issue

The tr55 is a good plug for a stock to slightly modified naturally aspirated setup. The tr6 is a good plug for a heads/cam or mild forced induction setup. Also the tr6 works ok for a stock/ mild bolton car spraying no more than a 100 shot. A heads/ cam car with 11:1 compression and spraying a 100 shot needs a ngk br7ef... switch to a br8ef if you go to the 150. Gap should be between .032-.035 on the br7&8 plug!
