Water Ingestion lol So ive been thinking about the FTRA or SSRA as a compliment to my lid. its not necessary but every little bit blah blah. so i was wondering if anybody has had water ingestion (sounds like a medical term which is why i laugh) by running one of these with or w/o the extension scoop. here in colorado, when it rains it pours (most of the time) for like 15 min too, then sunshine, then snow at night. Yes, what you heard about colorado weather changing often is true. Any coloradans wanna chime on that?

From the reading I've done you won't get any abnormal amount of water ingestion that the filter/heat from the motor can take care of with the extension scopp off. I know there are people that have done it both ways tho
Just don't drive like an idiot when it rains and you'll be fine. The only issues I've ever heard of people having with these and water is when they drive into a large puddle they thought was more shallow.
we worry about dust ingestion more than water ingestion 
id say it wont ingest any water other than driving it into a lake!
