Default Light weight battery ?

Is there a difference between the Dyna-batt and Hawker ?

Anyone know where I can get a good deal on a new one ?

Thanks.

http://www.stealth316.com/2-dynabatt.htm

Is a good read on the dynabatt/hawker thing..

I ran a SVR lightweight battery ( http://www.ragingmotorsports.com/product.asp?3=159 ) for a year with no problems at all, even had an underdrive crank AND alternator pulley. I never thought the little thing would hold up to repeated starts moving the car up in the staging lanes all day but it never failed me once. The guy I sold it to is still using it.. 22lbs right off the front for 100.00 aint bad, I just ordered another one.

If you want a normal sized battery, Optima makes ones that are a little lighter than stock, and they look damn good too. I got mine for about $119.
