98 into a 99

Ive got a question, I ended up getting a 98 engie for really cheap and was swapping out my blown 99, what all Do I need to do to get this setup to run. (ive still got the 99 computer)

Nothing the 98 is the same engine minus the valve covers it aslo uses a little bit bigger injectors but nothing that should affect its running on the 99 computer just plug it in and go..
