Dual Cutouts Behind Headers?

Dual Cutouts Behind Headers? I'm about to put some Edelbrock LT on my 98 ws6.
Would running a cutout behind each header and facing them toward the outside of the car kill my ground clearance?
I plan on using manual ones, so I should be able to turn them almost completely horizontal...

From what I hear you will want around 16" between the open air of the cutout to the 02 sensor. This will prevent the fresh air from messing with your 02 sensors. Here is a thread on it:
