Canadian built or US built 5.3?

Hey guys,

How do I know if my 5.3 is out of a canadian or US model truck?

All I have is the engine and harness.

I know the O2 sensors use different plugs but my wires for that were cut so I can't tell.

any other way to know?

main reason for asking is for purchasing the correct O2 sensors.

apparently canadian vs US built trucks use specifically different O2 sensors, I thought it was just a plug difference, but even the 'universal' ones specifically say excludes Canada built, or excludes US built.

The Canadian one uses maple syrup instead of oil. Easiest way to determine.
