Default Need Help With Pilot Bearing

I have an 01 LS1 engine, I got a new pilot bearing. It is an actual ball bearing type part #12557583. It is totally different from the old one. Can this be used by pressing it in???

thanks

That's the new style LS2/3/7 bearing...you need the #14061685 bearing.
