Dumb question about headers

I see that Edelbrock has some truck headers listed for clearance. They say:

"2003-2006 Chevy/GMC Yukon XL, Avalanche, 2500/3500, and Suburban, 2 & 4 WD"

"409 stainless steel; Ceramic Coated finish; 4L80E Trans Only"

After I google searched, they seem to fit the 8.1 motors.

Are the ports that different on those motors? Is there any reason they would not not fit on an LS1 camaro (2002) motor or the truck 4.8 or 5.3 motors?

The 8.1 is a big block so the exhaust port spacing is gonna be different.
