Annoying noise.....

Annoying noise..... I'm not quite sure if this is the proper section for this, but here goes....
When it is cold out or when there is a lot of moisture in the air my car makes a loud squeeking noise right after I fire it up, but usually goes away when the engine gets warm. Lately it has been doing the same thing, but it is not going away when the engine warms up. I've had it at the dealer a couple times to check this out and they replaced a few belts and pulleys and still no dice. I did have one mechanic tell me it might be a bearing in one of the pulleys, but nobody can give me a definitive answer. Anyone else experience this and if so, what is it? and what did you do to fix it?

Maybe it's your air pump coming on?? I remember when I had an air pump it would come on and make a loud noise and then shut off. I got rid of the problem when I got headers and took the pump and all the plumbing off the car. Don't know if it's your problem, but it's something else to check and rule out I guess...good luck.
