Just have to get your car high enough in the air to put the headers in straight up and down on the drivers side...
went in no problem for me
didnt have to dimple anything..
and I'm using Spohn Tubular K-member and solid pedestal style motor mounts
the Kooks are by far one of the best investments I have made on any car.

Just plan on doing an oil change when you install your headers...removing the oil filter is the biggest benefit to clearance on the drivers side during install.
If you think your dipstick tube might be stuck in the engine, order a new one before hand, because the passenger side install involves removing the starter and the tube, then putting them back in when you're done...mine was stuck and got a little damaged when I got it out, but GM still makes new ones.

I was thinking about getting these headers as well. Does anyone know if the kooks headers have issues with ground clearance on a lowered car? I know the SLP's are out of the picture but the kooks look real nice.

best ground clearance of any of them...
and any car is going to have some issues just from the nature of the beast.
best I can show you on my car...though I am not lowered, you can see how well they tuck up.
