Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Gotta get a pressure gauge, if you don't have one. On the fuel rail (drivers side) there is a shrader valve that will just unscrew. Hook up the gauge and turn the key to the on position to make sure it's holding pressure. Start her up and make sure you have 58 psi

Yes, you would probably see your SES light on if it were throwing a code. I could be a little off, but I think a gauge is around 30 bucks?? Someone correct me if I'm off.

as long as you said "when u want to go fast" its the spark i believe i would first of all change my spark plugs wires 70K is a good time to change them. does it do the same thing at light throttle or idle? am kinda sure its you wires. good luck.

More than likely is your fuel pump if its not throwing codes check that first then it could be a vacuum leak... luk

^ O2 sensors will not cause this huge amount of misfiring and it will definitely set the SES light on. eve if it cause a misfire it would mostly be on top end rpm.

well guys everything got fixed!! i just installed my new plugs the Autolite XP Iridium ones and everything worked good! oh and get this when i was changing them out, the very last one you know the hardest one to get to. Well aparently the previous owner never chaged that bitch out AND left the stock spark plug wire on also!!! while every other one was a MSD wire!!! dumbass, and they were dirty, and one was cracked, and sum of the gapping on them were VERY VERY wrong... BUt just want to say thanx guys for your help and advice

i had the same symptoms and it was a 02 sensor. It will not show at wot but at the slower cruising speeds. I changed them out and it fixed the problem.

I'm glad you found the problem.
