Default Question about mandrel bends

I am wondering at what wall thickness (more specifically wall thickness to diameter) does mandrel bending not have as much affect over regular tube bending. For example, header tubing is usually a little thicker, so are those tubing mandrel or non-mandrel bent?

TIA

I think that type of tubing goes in gauge. Pipe goes by wall thickness or schedules.
