Can I just installed some slp headers on my camaro but can it get harmed if i use it for a couple of days before i get my car tuned?

do you mean open headers or wt? nothing will be harmed anyway. i never tuned my car for a year now with zero problems.

No not open headers..their connected to a y pipe and go all the way thru..I got straight pipes

Just make sure your front o2s are hooked up.
Running headers untuned is no big deal at all! You can run your longtubes forever without a tune. I had my 98z for 2 years lts+ory without a tune.

I ran my trans am for a month or so with out a tune. I got tired of the check engine light so i got a mail order tune from frost. it was worth the 140.00 just to get rid of the check engine light and i did notice a performance difference as well
